  Arrived within the time they had agreed. Technician immediately identified the issue and had the correct parts with him to resolve the problem. Very impressed with the service and I would definitely recommend them.

  Washing machine was leaking water and we called Tahir. He was professional, friendly, and was able to fix the problem and even educated me about the issue. I would use this home appliance repair service again for any of my future needs. Highly recommend.

  I've used this company before so when my washing machine was making awful noises it was my first port of call. Tahir was very quick at getting back to me and was able to make a suggested diagnosis over whatsapp from recordings I made, and gave good advice as to next steps. Very friendly, helpful and professional - I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

  Charged me for a job didn't make a difference and never came back. Made numerous promises to come back but then ignored phone calls and messages.
  Would avoid and go to main dealer it was cheaper quicker and the fridge was actually fixed. Not trial and error.

  I asked how much it would cost to change a part and they told me: "check in the market yourself"
  There was no prior conversation or interaction, that was literally the first impression and experience with them through text.
  
  I'm glad I didnt use this service, because that is rude and unprofessional.

  Professional and friendly service by Tahir, 2 thumbs up! Very responsive and came on the same day to check on my fridge. Gave me a breakdown on the final price charged and repair was done on the spot. Even took the initiative to adjust the height of my fridge to ensure that it will always "auto-close". 👍🏼👍🏼

  Professional technician i have ever found very responsible about time and work honest work they fix my washing machine at my home and Tahir the guy who came and done my job and he showed me what was the actual problem and solved it professionally and leave my washing machine better and clean than even before i recommend this service centre and they are my technician next coming years.
