  Ordered thru entertainer and super disappointed.
  
  Meals are way over priced for the quality and quantity. You end up paying the price of a full meal in a different restaurant even after a 50% discount.
  
  The food also is very poorly done and the chicken is either days old or has been recooked multiple times.
  
  The below dry chicken is what you get for paying 60 aed per meal.

  Hygiene issues.
  Long black hair was inside the kofta i ordered.
  Very disturbing, lost my appetite for the whole day after that.
  Called Customer service and employee was professional and refund was made.

  After being a repeated customer I’m so disappointed and really NOT going to order anymore from this restaurant for one plate of labneh and one plate of grilled Halloumi it takes them almost 2 hours to deliver this order and we are almost in same area how bad this service they become worst and worst by time , also most of the previous orders I received alwyas comes upside down and they dont even following up I always called to check the order and they said will call you back and they dont , My worst experience ever with a restaurant i can’t imagine how they still open and survive after all this bad services they provide for the customers 👎👎👎👎

  Very very very bad.. I really wonder how they still survive.. bit no one ever repeated order from this restaurant.
  Oily food (certainly not good oil)
  Fattah is liquid tahina and saggy bun with maximum 5 pieces of chickpeas and 2 pieces pine.
  That goes for the rest of the menu.
  Trust me, AVOID!

  I just tried it today for the first time. and I was very highly disappointed. The portion was very little and the taste was not good. I will not recommend this restaurant for any one, and for sure I will not repeat my mistake. When I complained to them, they offered me 20% discount for next order 😀😀 as if there will be a next order ☹😡.!!!
