Nice boarding with friendly staff. They were great to my cat who was boarded for a few days and made sure he was able to leave the cage a few times a day

Vet clinick is good, but unfortunetly kennels not. My dog stayed boarding for 2 weeks, he lost so much weight, was so scared, took him good month to recover. We called them few times andthey where saying that he is fine, when clearly he is not.

I'm happy this place exists. The staff is friendly and it appears to be quite clean, but there is ALWAYS an overpowering smell of urine as you enter the place. If they got that under control, there would be nothing bad to say, but the smell is absolutely awful!

It is a heaven for CATS. They have tunnels, toys which normally other pet care centers doesn't have. They interviewed us and asked about all the habits of my CATS, sleep, eating, mood etc. I am very happy with the service they provide.

Highly unprofessional service. Don't deserve even one star. My cat is of old age and does not have vaccination. The company very well knew it from the very beginning but accepted because he passed all health inspections at their vet in barsha. After using their company thrice. Upon the fourth time (and after receiving the money) the receptionist Lydia said she can't accept our cat because he is not vaccinated. I explained that their own doctor told me he is too old to receive any vaccinations and they know about it since our registration plus they have taken the money already. Nevertheless she made me sign a non disclosure form and said 'anything can happen to his health'. I said that he stayed in their premise thrice already and was came back perfectly fine. Today, I have picked up my cat in a terrible condition. Upon picking him up a blonde Ukrainian lady said that this is the last time they can keep my cat. When I saw our cat in the cage he was sneezing and as it turned out had a high fever when we brought him home. He looked extremely scruffy, unclean eyes and paws (even though I paid for daily grooming) and was missing water in his room. Highly unprofessional and I advice everyone to avoid your services for the health of your pets.

Very professional and reliable staffs. The facility is also super clean and neat. I have been dealing on weekdays for Day Care and Boarding when i travel, since more than a year and half now with zero mistakes and absolutely not one notable slip-ups.

I didn't feel welcome. There is this female manager that is very dominant in nature, who makes it her job to show you it's her territory and u are a guest there. Approached her with the intentions to keep my pet there for few days, but after her ego trip on me, I instantly left. Would have put one star if it wasn't for the great facility, the location and the hygiene there. Will not return there.

My pup Donald stayed with them for 2 weeks. I didn't want to leave him, but had to. They spent so much time with him and took such good care that I didn't feel bad at all in the end :-)
