  Very good store every thing reasonable but some staff ( specialy cashier)are rude and not helpful

  I do enjoyed going to the store as I can find the things I'm looking for and I may say price some are cheaper from other store then other are same prices.

  Almost everhthing except fresh vegetables and friuts are available here at cheap prices. Definitely a place I'd chose if i want to look for new and crafty items

  Writing this review based on the experience that I had today. Yes I agree with the amount of collection of items available.. however this review is based on the Manager ( Hussein) who was extremely rude to me and my wife when asked about the pricing details on certain items which we wanted to purchase. Not only this guy Hussein also the cashiers were making comments on me and my wife which was the nastiest experience that we ever had in UAE. Comparing to all the other low budget outlets..these guys who is wrong in 20 plaza needs some serious customer care training.. they need use polite language.. polite body gestures and good attitude..
