My passport expired 2 years almost they are not renew my passport i don't know really what I do. No body forcing them to renew our passports there are many family in UAE they are suffering from passport expiration please someone help us we really want to renew our passports please please please please please please

Cant even meet anyone in the embassy
Or even enter
And if you have a question you gotta take an appointment to just to a secretary.
Renewing your passport might take a year
And its unknown when do you receive it.
