  The only embassy in the UAE that you don’t get to speak to anyone on the phone!! These guys forgot that they are here to serve their own people in the UAE

  Unfortunately they never answer the call, the wesite is very poor with very little information, tourist visa servise is poor and delayed,

  Unhelpful, not friendly , not particularly respectful especially seeing that someone has a baby and because one is English speaking , that made it worst because they could barely speak or at least pretend.. I have been to other embassies,but this is sadly disgraceful could not even assist to make a copy of something knowing fully there was a sleeping baby with instead , had to leave to make a copy from a shop and return to the embassy which was busy also was there the previous day too because website says Sunday to Thursday after an almost 2 hour drive, was too they closed for the day because of some holiday .. no alert or anything on the website what a sad state of affairs ??!!something should really be done about this
