  Whoever comes to them, they tell you: Fuck the fast or slow diet. Whoever chooses the fast diet schedule, they have no experience. After several months, you have low blood sugar and you cannot complete the diet. Do not justify the matter. I was committed to a commitment that is not normal, but the schedule does not include food, and the food is all wrong. No, and all of this. They tell you to drink green tea 😂
