Okay service, nothing more. People at the reception should speak English or at least Spanish.

Все хорошо. Но есть нюансы. Отель в 4 км от ближайшего населенного пункта. Такси вызвать - большая проблема. Но если вы со своей снарягой либо на машине - то вообще не проблема. Трасса на самом деле в 20 метрах. На лыжи/борд стал - 5 минут и в пас-де-ла-касса. 10 минут - и снова в отеле.

Para que fique registado, tínhamos marcado como habitualmente todos os anos fazemos a semana na neve, Andorra Pas de la Casa. A reserva foi feita pela Esquiades, o hotel selecionado foi PIC MAIA.
Saímos do Porto Sábado dormimos pelo caminho e Domingo recebemos uma chamada que tínhamos que regressar ao Porto pois o meu sogro tinha dado entrada no hospital muito mal e assim o fizemos.
Pondo isto, tentamos reembolso não querendo na totalidade mas que fosse 50%, apresentamos a declaração do hospital tudo direitinho e registado, a Esquiades entra em contato com hotel onde se negou a fazer qualquer tipo de reembolso.
O Hotel Pic Maia usufruiu do valor total de 2 adultos e uma criança de 2 anos, sim porque a criança paga 182€ +/- na alimentação, enfim.
Enviei email para o hotel e nem se dignaram a responder, indecente.
NÃO RECOMENDO O HOTEL PIC MAIA A NINGUÉM, POR ESTA RAZÃO E EXISTEM OUTRAS QUE NÃO VOU MENCIONAR AQUI.

El personal es muy amable, situado a pie de pistas, hay WiFi gratuito en las habitaciones y funciona genial, la cena y el desayuno aceptables, la calefacción iba genial, mucho calorcito en las habitaciones y el agua caliente de la ducha sin problemas. Le falta una reforma a las habitaciones sobre todo, pero no le pido más ya que nos salió bastante económico.

hôtel vétuste, chambre mal insonorisée, mal chauffée, humide, draps pas tout propres :s la salle de bain moisie ! je ne recommande vraiment pas!

Well, what can I say… The best thing about this hotel is its location near the piste, and that's about it. If you come here just for skiing, you'll be just fine: the food is okay, the suites are okay too, the water is warm ant wifi works most of the time. If you need anything else, or if you will be looking into details, better find another hotel to avoid disappointment.

Points négatifs:
Hôtel vieillissant, limite insalubre, odeur nauséabonde dans les sanitaires se propageant a la chambre.
Isolation phonique inexistante.
Points positifs:
Personnel extrêmement accueillant et professionnel.
Vue magnifique.
Tarifs attractifs.
Wifi gratuit mais seulement à l'accueil.
Nous avons passé une nuit puis nous avons écourté notre séjour.
Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel .
