Set in the heart of Encamp this hotel is clean comfortable and modern with excellent facilities including a Spa. The breakfast buffett was very good with a large choice. The Restaurant offered a lovely evening meal with the menu in 4 languages and example dishes set out so you could see what was on offer. The menu was of exceptional value and the quality of the wine available was good. There are facilities for ski storage- the free bus to the cable car is a short walk from the hotel and car parking is available- highly recommended

Un lugar muy agradable. Fuimos con nuestro niño de 9 años y la paso genial. El spa es genial la salas de ocio. Sin dudas q volveremos. Las chicas de recepción unas excelentes personas.

Odpowiada standardom 4* Jest czysto, pokój jest sprzątany, ręczniki wymieniane, kosze opróżniane, łóżka ścielone, Wi-Fi jest, lodówki brak. Posiłki smaczne. Obsługa hotelu pomocna, pracowita, cierpliwa, uprzejma. Polecany narciarzom.

Уютный отель. Недалеко от остановки skibus. Красивые виды на горы из номера отеля. Есть СПА центр, но сауна и хамам, это перевозные кабинки обшитые деревом, а в хамаме внутри все пластиковое. Какой-то совсем бюджетный вариант.

El hotel es una maravilla, pero la habitación para dos adultos y una niña se me quedó algo pequeña por lo demás todo perfecto, muy serviciales, comida rica y variada, cerca d la estación de esquí, con amplio spa y piscina y una gran sala de juegos para las familias. Muy recomendable.

The Hotel is a very good choice if you stay in Encamp. The staff is very helpful.The Hotel has a lot to offer. From SPA, Pool to Sauna and GYM. My Room had an excellent view towards the mountain. Breakfast buffet in the morning was good. If you need Wifi asked at the Front Desk. Parking in the garage is okay. And if you go with your own Ski Equipment, ask them ,you will get your own key for the storage.More help you get from the friendly staff.
