Good location.
The room das always clean, however the room wall is plastic ir other removable material type, doesn't isolate sound and specially, provides that smell from other rooms enters ours. Every time the room door closes the wall shakes Yes, in fact, despite there is a non smoking hotel, we felt the smoke in our room (on the first day, we asked reception to check, because was felt in the corridor, but it stayed like that every days until the 4th, when we left, no feedback from the hotel).
Just single beds on the rooms (staff said that they just have "5 or 6 rooms with couple beds")
Restaurant need to be refurbish, is short, the tables are too close, and is old (those walls need to be painted, at least), the buffet is normal, children like it, but is bellow expected for a 4* hotel.response / report this review -

Lovely accommodation which made be feel at home. The food was good and varied. Staff were all very happy to assist with the questions thrown at them.
The benefit of being one of the only ski in / ski out hotels in Arinsal made this a fantastic stay.
The WiFi although not the fastest was consistent and reliable

The breakfast is good , The room is clean, The room is spacious with a balcony but the beds is small, Front desk attendant is not warm enough，For example， I did not find the electric kettle in my room, I asked the front desk attendant , she told me there’s no kettle , and then she told me hot water can be gotten in the bar. I returned to the room took the thermos to find the front desk reception for hot water, the front desk charged me 1.5 euros. My friend in other room told me that there is an electronic kettle in the room and he helped me to find it. The experience is the first time in the last years.

Està bé tenint en compte el que és, un aparthotel! Les habitacions no tenen llits de matrimoni. No hi havia xampú ni gel per tots els dies de la nostra estada. El Buffett de l'esmorzar és de qualitat.

El lugar es privilegiado. A pie de pista en invierno para esquiar y a pie de monte para iniciar excursiones preciosas. El Comapedrosa a tres - cuatro horas de marcha.

Muy buena ubicación es el punto principal. 200 metros hasta la telesilla. Grande apartamento. Limpieza 9/10, comida 7/10 variedad escasa. Personal atento y amable
