They go the extra mile to make sure the clients are happy. Breakfast is fenomenal. Price quality ratio is very good. Location is ideal if you are going to sky in el tarter or soldeu. It has a pool, sauna, play room, massages, parking and ski gear storage. It should be a 4 stars hotel. Haven't been to dinner but I heard good things about it too. If you don't want to pay 10 euros a day for the parking, there is plenty of parking space in the street.

Tuvimos una buena experiencia en el hotel. Desde que nos recibieron hasta que nos marchamos. Recomiendo el hotel sobre todo con niños.
Mi hija se lo pasó bien en la piscina.
La cena estaba bien. Buena comida y variedad de platos.

Hotel offrant un large choix de services pour un petit budget. Propre avec un peu de vétusté mais rien de gênant. Personnel à l'écoute parlant français. Petit déjeuner plus qu'acceptable. Repas du soir buffet un peu trop cantine à mon goût mais remplit sa fonction.

Lugar muy tranquilo, apartado de la capital. Ideal para ir en pareja o familia con niños. Permiten llevar mascota. El personal muy agradable, tienen actividades de animación y una piscina interior climatizada fantástica para relajarse. Muy limpio, comida correcta, próximo a pistas de esquí en invierno o rutas de montaña el resto del año. Nos gustó mucho.

Muy Buena relación calidad-precio. El personal muy atento y las habitaciones correctas. El desayuno quizas lo mas flojo, pero por el precio que pagamos más que suficiente.

Clean, pleasant, nice staff at reception. Cheap. Pretty basic. Restaurant is buffet only, and nothing special. Bar is OK but no food options. Bad location, up a steep hill with no bus service. Fortunately the hotel has a shuttle to the ski lift. Only one other restaurant nearby. Very isolated unless you have a car. Next time I am in Andorra, I will stay in one of the villages with restaurants and bars in walking distance.

4 stars because the breakfast is awful, it is catered, they do not serve fresh eggs, just boiled and when they do it's cardboard origin. Staff is OK. The gym is too far from the hotel (have to walk out in the snow). Dry sauna is small and in the stairwell, gorgeous view of steel and rust.
