Family run hotel with great food and location.

I was staying next door in the hotel Euroski. This hotel has its own beginner ski run. The ski run is good to learn the basics for both ski and snowboard. The day pass is around 32 euros.
I would recommend to go better to the El Tarter Grandvalira. You get more for your money. Better service, nice views, long runs, different options to go up the ski run.
The reason I give only pine star is because the service from the man in one of the poma lift(they have 2) was terrible. I would give the existence less than 0 just for the attitude of that employee. He was from Argentina and you could see he was not in the mood of working. We asked for help. My partner was a beginner. The man has 0 people skills. 0 patience. And we were the only customers there at the moment.
His work partner I saw smoking a little reefer on top of the hill. Nothing against it, but maybe that was the reason he had a lack of motivation to help.
Definitely would never go back there.
Beginners get a discount price at Grandvalira. The rental and bar staff were nice.
In conclusion convenient if you stay there or close. But Grandvalira is only 800 meters away.response / report this review -

Único lugar de la estación de esquí de Grandvalira en la que puedes disfrutar de la nieve sin necesidad de pagar forfait y sin utilizar remontes.

Un hotel en el que me entraron ganas de quedarme a vivir. El entorno es ideal, el edificio de madera precioso, las habitaciones muy cómodas, las vistas increíbles, el desayuno espectacular, y el personal amabilísimo Perfecto.

Lieu idéal pour se détendre en famille. Sur une piste verte. Pas de vis à vis. Ensoleillement optimal. Propose des cours de ski pour les enfants. Location de matériel. Service très aimable et disponible. Réductions pour le Spa 5*. Navettes pour les oeufs au pied de l'hôtel.

The place is butiful and clean the location is great but the waiters in the restorant are very slow and the whole restorant isn't that good, you could get very bored with the menu. and to top it all the wi-fi conection is not the great, with the wi-fi in the hotel you will watch a 3 minute video for 20 minutes or even more.

rooms are great, location is good, food is very basic and short menu for dinner with no vegetable at all!!! we asked for vegies but they replayed "we dont have them"?!?! I mean not even ONE dish on dinners menu have vegiesaware a rabbit on menu has more salt then medetieren sea..if you stay for a week you would be REALLY bored with the food in this hotel!For me personaly hotels kitchen is 50% of the success in this business. if they not change their menu and the way they served the dinner i WONT be back again and wouldnt recomend someone else.

Nice hotel. The rooms are beautiful. I didn't put 5 stars because the menu was the same every day and the waiters weren't very friendly.
