Fantastic location and the nice spa in the Mercure hotel nearby made our days here :).

I do not feel like this place is worth the price. The room was ok. But the wifi was very very slow, almost unusable at times. The food of the 20euro buffet was not that good. And when I asked if I could have my clothes washed they said they needed 24 hours notice in advance and showed 0 flexibility even when I asked early in the day. The receptionist said this was not her department and there was nothing she could do. I get this big coorporate firm feeling of this hotel with no character.

This was the worse Novatel I have been so far. Receptionist with messy hair and some old looking uniform but polite. Receptionist from the morning was not able to recommend any restaurants and send us to the info center. Room was so outdated, old carpet, old furniture, TV in the middle of the room so not comfy watching from either the bed or sofa. And the only English programs were CNN and BBC. Wifi was so bad that we couldn't check anything properly. I mean the city free wifi was so much better. The hotel even charged us for that crappy connection. For the price one would really expect something on a different level! Disappointed

Ordentliches Hotel mit einem netten Service. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und gut eingerichtet. Okay, einige kleine Renovierungen könnten schon durchgeführt werden. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

Muy cerca de la zona comercial. Buena atención en la recepción y limpieza. Las habitaciones se han renovado. Pero le falta un lavado de cara en los pasillos.

Las habitaciones están bastante bien, son amplias y la cama y el sofá muy cómodos.
Todo con moqueta y la ducha tiene una presión muy buena.
El desayuno es correcto, aunque a veces se acaban las cosas y no reponen o tardan mucho en reponer.
No probamos la cena ya que el precio era demasiado caro para nosotros. Unos 25€ a partir de 12 años, gratis para menores de 6 y de 6 a 12 unos 15. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y bien de precio.
El garaje es muy caro 22€ por día y no tienen planes por días. Muy cerca tienes tanto el comunal como uno privado con planes mucho más barato.response / report this review -
