  Somewhat disappointing. It was a noisy room, there were roosters (chickens) on the other side of the road which were making noises all morning thus waking us super early No toilet brush in the bathroom. Breakfast was missing all the warm food, only showing empty container and pastries were a bit stale. However the bed was comfortable. Only CNN in English on the television also.

  It's not a 4 stars hotel. I stayed here during a long weekend in december 2018. Andorra was full of people and it was not easy to find a hotel. We choose this hotel because it was in the city center (the position is good) and because it has a spa and it was supposed to offer all the service that a four star hotel usually offers. The fact is that the hotel is very old, the rooms are even older (in design, decoration, etc). The breakfast (not included) was decent but everything was cold. The Spa is terrifying: the sauna was out of order, there were children screaming and running everywhere, people was in the swimming pool area without flip flops or cap. The sensation was to be in a very very dirty area and for sure it was not a relaxing space. The bedroom linen were clean and also the room, but I think that for 140€ per night you can have a real 4 stars hotel. I don't recommend it, the REAL value of the stay was 45€ per night ( high season)

  Service so so, almost charging twice, room is terrible, smelly and with no light. Food did not dare to try. The only thing positive is the location.. Though for this even the price is not a fair one. Definetely don't advise!

  Reception staff was excellent and the hotel kept very clean, room was comfortable. Gym and pool area were too hot to enjoy.

  No AC + Stone = 25C or more, got to a point where I felt the need to check if the heater was on. Forced us to keep the windows open 24/7 hoping the wind would make it bearable. Room was poorly cleaned, there was visible dust when we arrived. Do not recommend.

  Hotel needs a refurbishment. WIFI is weak and slow. Parking underground is complicated. There are better alternatives in Andorra.

  It got old and not clean enough. Clima is not efficient at all. Breakfast is correct, but not 4*.
