  Good facilities and service is excellent.
  I am a vegetarian and every day special meals were made especially for me!
  I enjoyed my stay, just the food is a little bland and you have to pay for water in the evening Very weird for me.
  The rooms are good and pleasant, clean and spacious

  Good location, but the devil is in the details. They dont serve tap water on dinners. The service overall isnt that great They take dinners offers at the beginning of the dinner and the menu is limited, they dont have the ability or the time to change any of the dishes if it has some ingrediant someone doesnt eat (pizza with no tuna). The ski room is really wide and good with lockers for each room, but there is no heating for boots or gloves.
  
  Also, there are no propper shampoo / soap bottles in the showers. And the soap "thing" next to the sink was empty all week.
  
  Overall, i would expect better service from a 4 star hotel. This can be fixed

  Great hotel. Very good service. Decent food. Located just near the lifts. The environment around the place is a bit noisy at nights (kids at the bars nearby.)

  The best is where is placed, just 15 meters to the snow and the home made meal.
  Don't miss Wednesday Andorra's typical meal!!
  
  The possible drawbacks are the overall quality for a 4 star hotel and the collapsed wifi.
  
  Anyway price is fine considering location and meals both breakfast and dinner.
