  Coses positives:
  
  L'hotel està molt ben ubicat, entre el Soldeu i el Tarter. El hall i les vistes des del restaurant són molt bones
  
  Coses dolentes:
  Vam estar a una habitació amb una pudor forta de fossa sèptica, que tot i obrir la finestra no se'n anava.
  Per accident, ens van vessar 1/3 de una ampolla a la taula, el cambrer, en comptes de donar-nos una ampolla nova, ens va tornar a portar la mateixa ampolla, crec que hagués estat un bon gest per part del personal portar-ne una de nova

  Una estancia totalmente agradable. No solo por las instalaciones que están genial, sino por el trato del personal, muy atentos y agradables que están pendientes y ayudan en todo lo que puedan. Emilio, el que parecía el encargado, nos ayudó en todo y no nos pudo tratar mejor! (Es un crack). Repito seguro!!!

  Hotel molt ben equipat, ben situat per a eaquiar. Personal de recepció i menjador molt amables. El bufet de bona qualitat. Hem estat molt bé i ens ha agradat molt l spa.

  Fantastic hotel comfy rooms spa and restaurant. Well situated for the ski slopes with a regular free 3 minute shuttle busy.

  Muy lindo lugar, ideal para unos días de ski. El personal muy amable y resolutivo. La pileta es chica, oscura y se llena de gente.
