  Some of the appartments are dilapidated and dangerous. Broken tiles, paint peeling off the walls, plugs hanging out of sockets, broken furniture, malfunctioning/leaking boiler, no carbon monoxide or smoke alarm, poor sound insulation.
  
  On the plus side a good access to the piste and courteous staff.
  
  Beware!

  Esto es demencial!
  Me han dado una planta 3, y no funciona el ascensor!
  Somos dos personas , con mala forma física , y hemos tenido que subir un montón de bultos a través de una angosta escalera de caracol. En algún momento podrían haberlo advertido.
  Cuando hemos conseguido aparcar, todo zona azul , nos hemos encontrado el problemón, la agencia cerrada y ya presos (incluyendo una fianza de 200€ que hemos dejado) , de un apartamento que es inaccesible y que nos va a provocar una pésima experiencia de este bonito país porque tendremos que pensarnos si salir o no
  No se si será denunciable , pero si que indico que al menos es deplorable.

  Studio avec vu sur une partie de la piste et juste en face d'un autre bâtiment avec cage d'escalier, du coup pas trop de vis à vis mais pas une superbe vue non plus. Un petit balcon avec une table permet de profiter du soleil de la fin de soirée. Le studio est composé d'une entrée couloir avec de nombreux rangement, d'une kitchenette, d'un canapé lit,  de 2 lits superposés pour enfants, et d'une salle de bain.
  
  Studio juste à côté de l'ascenseur qui génère un peu de bruit quand il est en service. 
  
  Pas de parking. 
  
  Pas de casier pour ski. 
  
  La cuisine est bien équipée, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, lave-vaisselle et petit frigo.
  
  En ce qui concerne le clic-clac, le matelas est extra fin et les lattes du sommier sont dur, de plus quand une personne se lève, le lit bascule sur le côté. Sous les 2 lits superposés on trouve un 3ème lit d'appoint. Concernant la literie, les matelas sont au bout du rouleau, tâches, dechirures Les draps et oreillers sont fournis mais avec quelques taches.  
  
  Dans la salle de bain, la robinetterie est en fin de vie, pas de bonde dans l'évier, pommeau de douche cassé, chasse d'eau qui coince. Les fils du chauffage sont apparent et raccordé par un domino. L'accès aux toilettes est exigu. 
  
  Il y a une TV, avec des chaînes françaises, espagnol et anglaise. 
  
  Dans l'ensemble, le studio est bien placé (au pied des pistes) mais il mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. L'ensemble fait vieux et usé. En faisant l'impasse sur le confort, on passe une semaine agréable au pied des pistes et du près du centre ville, sa localisation est le gros point positif.

  El apartamento que nos tocó estaba muy bien equipado. Inmejorable localización,pero el fallo que tienen es que dicen que tiene wifi y luego te tienes que conectar al de las pistas cuando abren! Por cierto la señal de la tele también es mala!

  Where do I start? The fact that we had to carry our linen and towels ( which weren't exactly very clean) with all our cases from their office to the apartment. Book in is at 2. Our apartment wasn't ready until 5. the room was old fashioned, unfinished, doors didn't close properly, everything was plugged into extension leads which flicked off the electric if you put in toaster and kettle, heater in main bedroom didn't work. it did not fit the 5 people it advertised. There were beds but no room to move!! This was the worst apartment we have stayed in and to top it off I got my bag stolen there too. The rental place had no interest in helping. Awful.

  The apartments they offer are ok, but there are some aspects that make them not so great.
  
  Firstly, the appartment is supposed to have WiFi connection, nevertheless, the connection is shared across all the building, and therefore it is pretty bad, besides the fact that it disconnects itself each 10 minutes.
  
  Secondly, they offer you towels for 3€ each. In my oppinion, they should be free if charge. Moreover, at the end of your stay, you will have to return them back to their office personally, along with all the sheets of the apartment.
  
  Maybe the problems I describe seem small, but there is more. At the end of your stay, you are given the choice of clean the apartment by yourself, or to pay 30€ for the cleaning service. Taking, into account that ussualy this service is included with the apartment rent payment, I have to say that the choice does not exist, because there was a completely inexistence of cleaning products and tools.
  
  For all these reasons, I have to say that my stay was not satisfactory.
