  I paid for sim and router at the beginning of April and on 5 April 2024 formalised my request for a refund because the same had been paid for twice. I was given reference number CS6001433 and was told within 7 days, a refund would have been processed. Ever since l have been lied to and today is the 29th of April 2024 and still waiting. Very unfair

  They have now introduced 15days time span to pay-as-you-go packages and only 15days rollover. Cheating people of the luxury of time to use their usual packages and now being cheated.of data and having to renew pay-as-you-go monthly or less ....defeats the purpose of pay-as-you-go.

  Terrible, terrible service. Its been a week since I reported a fault no technician has been sent to resolve it. Everyday the call center says a technician has been assigned he call u today. Awful

  ZOL operators are rude.I think you guys over advertise your "efficiency" we end up expecting good service yet its just plain old flat like any other.I spoke to 2 operators hoping for assistance i.e Tinashe and just now Faith. i do hope i will get help after the promised 15 minutes which the "other dept" was suppose to respond

  Dealt with a lovely man called Charles.. Outstanding customer service, such well trained stuff!! Would highly recommend this company to anyone. I live in the United Kingdom and i wasn't expecting such a top class service in Zimbabwe, very impressed. Thank you :)

  Really good service. I came in looking like an idiot (as always) but the security guard didn't do that freakishly annoying thing where he follows you around, waiting for you to steal something. The guys talked to me very politely, not talking down to me at all. The service was good because you walk in, sit on a very comfy and home-like couch and then they attend to you. The couches are nice because they feel experienced in entertaining company. The downside is that they're kinda slow when it comes to the initial service, made me almost leave thinking they were never gonna come. Overall, it's a very good tech assistance office with a decent look inside. the posters are quite entertaining. Good job ZOL
