  If I want to purchase materials online I just want to go on the website click click add to basket and pay but the issue is prices in Harare and bulawayo are different and everytime I want to purchase materials for bulawayo will have to app someone and sometimes the responds is late hence delaying any project you are doing most of the time will jus end up contacting suppliers in Zimbabwe myself in which is difficult Can the website be updated also with bulawayo
  prices and if the price includes delivery or not. The website is meant to make our lives easier to puchase anytime we want to avoid kubhirwa kuzimbabwe.

  Hi I agree with the observations from First Lady. You need to improve your customer service in the uk if you want to be trusted. I have tried contacting you in the uk and honestly it seems like a bother. No follow ups on enquiries and each time you have to keep going back to them to say so what's the responses. Don't advertise in the uk with what's app number if that number is not yet fully functional as otherwise you are only damaging your rep.

  Extremely reliable and professional service. I’ve used Vaka over the past few years as it has taken me a bit longer to finish my building project, however, I’ve not hesitated going back for more supplies to Vaka as I trust their efficiency and honesty, their customer service has been amazing as well so yes, I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable building material suppliers.
