Had a workshop here and the facilities were really good. Help to get power to our laptops and to get the right temperature in the room was immediate and satisfactory. The food on all meals was on point. Keep it Monoz

Has a lot of ready to help staff and this is very evident from the entrance. Was pleased with the service and the views. The plumbing for some of the rooms could do with good renovation. My first room would flood every morning from shower water. For that, I take a star off my rating.

These guys know their stuff in the hospitality industry. Their service is great, I like their efficiency and response rate to the requests of the customer. Visit them once they won't ask you the same boring questions again but they'll have your information in their database, fantastic!

Still a great hotel. The building interior is starting to look a bit dated in some places within old style wood panelling, but it's well maintained and a great experience. Lobby and restaurant are modernised. I think I'll always stay here when I'm in town from now on.

Book a room from the fifth floor to the top and get a great view of Harare North. The ventilation in the rooms is good. Avoid using Julius Nyerere when it is dark and there are vagabonds

Standing at a whooping 17 floors in the heart of Harare the Monomotapa edifice is hard to miss.
It's a decent hotel close to the airport. It's convenient if you're in town for business. Fast and reliable WiFi is available throughout the hotel. The rooms, furnishings and fittings are a bit old.
The awesome views of the city and the food at the Parkview restaurant will help you get over these minor shortcomings quick.

Was here for a 3day conference. The Staff is great, always ready to help. Even their IT department is a very diligent and helpful(we had a bit of a problem with their wifi but they attended to us individually very quickly and would check on us regularly). Food is good.

Upmarket hotel with quality modern technology, professional staff, quality meals, spacious clean rooms with safe and many more... Has good view of city from rooms in the upper floors and rooftop.

Attended an event there and it was a joyous occasion. It was spacious, great service from the staff and it was memorable. Definitely the place to host an event. Plus it's conveniently located making it easy to access for all the attendees.

Stayed for a week. Comfortable than some other hotels in Harare. But the room service is awful. Ordered vegetarian food and they brought it with minced meat pieces which I realized only after eating some. Chef apologized and promised alternative food which never came. 3 stars for comfort but One star for the service and hospitality.

Wonderful clean place to stay in Harare. I loved the view of the garden from my room (14th floor), unfortunately I forgot to take any pictures.
I'm not sure if all the rooms were like mine, but a little sound proofing could help. I could hear the other guy on his phone from the neighbouring room. Also could hear the water running as he flushed the toilet. That was a bit annoying.
I've had great food here before but I wasn't that impressed this time around. Otherwise the staff here is super friendly. They'll treat you like you are the only customer in the establishment.

Very lovely hotel. Staff with excellent customer service. Buffet breakfast and dinner offered good range of food. Hotel rooms very clean and standards being maintained as best as hotel can.
