The ladies at Harare office are very rude. They make the experience not good.
The process at TLS is good. I hope those ladies improve their customer service -

The ladies were quite standoffish and just rude to be honest, not entirely sure why. The security guards outside were more helpful than the ladies inside. Not sure what the problem was.
However, the process was quite streamlined once they got to assisting me. -
