  Very busy Hotel lately. The friendly staff of Peter Nyagota & the General Manager Mr T Mutyandasvika keeps the place well worth visiting.

  Service appalling especially the wait staff that serve business dinners. it's like bad service is now a norm here. 3 x bad service experienced in the last 3 visits. However, 2 * are for secure parking and constant patrol.

  We went to the hotel for dinner the buffet was horriable we asked staff if they had alternatives. They stated no. The meat was too hard, rice uncooked, when we got to the hotel a lot of guests were complaining we should have walked away from that point. We all had bad stomach aches through the night. Would NOT recommend anyone go eat at this hotel, beside bad food customer service is very slow.

  5 stars are little more than you expect from this hotel. Generally, it some kind of a mix of 3 stars and 5 stars. Some stuff is from 5 star hotel, but the rest is okay for 3 stars at most.
