Our mission is to transform the problem of youth unemployment and underemployment into an opportunity for wealth creation and social improvement. We believe that young people, especially university students and recent graduates, are a formidable workforce that can resuscitate the beleaguered Zimbabwean economy. However, these young people are faced with enormous barriers, particularly with regard to employment and livelihoods

Our focus is to help young people prepare themselves for success in life beyond the classroom. Students and recent graduates struggle in making successful transitions to the world beyond the classroom. Traditional classroom experiences teach them how to retain information and pass exams, but provide them little about how to thrive in the broader world as productive participatory citizens.
