The place is dilapidated poor house keeping the park is wild the grass is not kempt. The river bank has wild of of control grass the water stinks of effluent and is frothy of some chemical.
The place has lost its flare and former gloryreport this review -

The falls are beautiful but the surrounding park has been neglected.
