My daughter and I stayed at the lodge for 5 nights and we found the staff to be very friendly. It has an atmosphere of being at home and feeling relaxed. Will be back there on my next visit.

The place is nice but there's need for improvement on kitchen services. They took more than an hour to prepare chips and tbone. Poor WiFi and too much noise at night.

A perfect place for one to come and relax their mind due to their peaceful environment. Also a place of comfort. Beautiful bedrooms, their customer care is of high standard. Free WiFi, complimentary breakfast, access to cable TV, AC. It is just a perfect place for both local and international travelers.

The service is good, but the TV was not clear, the shower was cold there was no warm water but the bed was great. There was a generator at the back which made it difficult to concentrate though. But besides that all is good there is great security it's very close to the CBD and it's cheap too.

The room we had had ants all over the floor, we asked for a partial refund as it was 10.30pm, too late to go to another hotel and we were only staying for the night. They wouldn't take any money off but they did offer to clean it, this was thoroughly ineffective as the ants came straight back. In addition, when we asked for restaurant or takeaway recommendations from reception she told us that there were none nearby. Another local man at reception got very annoyed at this and said there were a lot and that she was hiding them in order to sell the hotels own food. This made us suspicious but unfortunately we still didn't have any takeaway names or a way to contact them so we ordered the hotels food. As of one and a half hours later the food has not arrived. What was meant to be a comfortable night between bus journeys has not been pleasant at all, and for the extortionate price of $50
