The Flagship Hac I Believe l Can Succeed Revision Camp - April 2018 Edition.
High Achievers Coach International Academy (HACIA) is ready to run its Flagship; l believe l can succeed Revision Camp - April 2018 Edition. The Camp commences on 3rd of April 2018 for an effective 14 days per participant covering the Cambridge Assessment International Examinations Syllabi from Primary School to Advanced Level. Zimsec candidates are welcome as Standby Arrangements will be effected w...hen requested. The Revision Camp is directed by Dr. T. Chikandiwa driven by the passion to discover, cut and polish the jewels not just in some learners but invested by God in every learner. He is assisted in this calling by a strong team of inspired, dynamic and goal oriented coaches/facilitators.
Methodology - The Blastmaster Approach
The Blastmaster Approach is used to identify individual learner's weak/grey areas. We conduct topic by topic Wide Range Achievement Diagnosis (WRAG). Instant One on One individualised remedial coaching is then provided using the Performance Lag Address Program (PLAP). This diagnosis and remedial strategy, exclusive to High Achievers Coach International Academy is a result of years of research and experience. The system has produced learners with a sound grasp of subject content, not just for exam purposes but for life. We have proven beyond doubt that nearly 100% of learners passing through our gates are tagged Red Diamonds - A rare breed of game changers, demanded by employers worldwide. Most of our graduands think outside the box as they are coached to continue with lifelong learning.

Lifelong learning is the ongoing, voluntary, and self-motivated pursuit of knowledge for either personal or professional reasons. Therefore, it not only enhances social inclusion, active citizenship, and personal development, but also self-sustainability, as well as competitiveness and employability. At High Achievers Coach learners are groomed on attitude and personal organisation - the main key drivers to academic and real life success. The Remedial/Coaching procedures are specially crafted to include personal organisation as a critical/key factor. The Timetable System is suspended and learners are directly monitored as the effectively manoeuvre themselves around the organised system to achieve set targets per day.

Today is a great day. Vast opportunities are before us. Let us all open our spiritual eyes to see beyond our present challenges which are indeed very real. Today, take the first inspired step of faith towards your dream and very soon you will behold it. The voyage of a thousand miles starts with one confident step. When one door closes in life focus on discovering another open door. Open doors are never wide open bu...t may need pushing or breaking. Closed doors are not closed by God but by people.
It is sad to discover how many people seek success ideas from the wrong places. The humans of today are said to be utilising less than 20% of brain capacity. Great concepts are floating around us untapped and all you need to do is to catch them from the universe. All great ideas appear as stupid ideas when birthed and common people will always conclude that such ideas make will fail.
Great mothers ignore negative comments about the looks of their new born babies. It is important to note that as a child grows, challenges are encountered some resulting to near losses of the new life. In the same vain great business ideas face serious challenges from conception to birth and throughout their life cycles. Never listen to doomsayers some of whom are hopelss fellows who neither know victory nor defeat.
The Arena of Game Changers is made up of determined cadres whose divine commitment to leave the world a better place is unshakeable. Such spiritual heavy weights are not afraid of criticisms from hopeless multitudes whose acceptance of the status quo is driven by deep fear of the unknown. We succeed from failure to failure and road to great achievement is littered with countless failures.

Our new complex is designed to speak to the learners during and after the process of learning. It is inspired to transform lives and set learners on the highway of God driven ambition. Message from a Former Student
Lessons from Dr Tapera Chikandiwa
Famously known as ‘Chiki’ Dr Tapera Chikandiwa is the Founder and Principal of High Achievers Coach Educational Centre, An Enterprenuer, Farmer, Youth Mentor and Success Coach. I met Dr Chikandiwa in 2013 when l became a student at his school. When l got to HACEC my life had no direction at all, l did not know what it was l was born to do; l did not know what my future was. Dr Tapera Chikandiwa has achieved so mu...ch in his life to date. What l learnt from Dr T Chikandiwa his lessons on ATTITUDE. I still remember my first conversation with him he asked what wanted to be and l clear stated l did not know all l told him is that l know l have a gift in music. He smiled looked me in the eyes and said replied and he quoted Henry Ford, “Success is just an ATTITUDE, if you believe you can or you cannot you are right!” At HACEC l mastered the art of attitude. Your attitude determines your altitude. I got to HACEC not knowing what l wanted to be but for the two years l was there when l left there l knew what my purpose is in life. ATTIDUDE is what will determine your success is what Dr Chikandiwa would say. Dr Chikandiwa’s school is not known for enrolling the A Class students it famously known for enrolling the U class students and turning them into A class students. Today choose to learn from Mr Chikandiwa your attitude determines your altitude so have the right attitude.
You can change your life by changing your attitude. Changing the way you look at yourself, others, situations. Develop the can do it attitude. An attitude that believe each situation comes to you not only to destroy you but to make you stronger.

The Cambridge Assessment Results for the 2017 Exam Session have cemented the school's position as great learning institution. We have recovered the shuttered hopes and aspirations of young people. Congratulations to all our learners!
It is high time educationists abandon the school policies of dictating what young people must study. If a learner desires to get into M...edicine for example, communities must support in all ways possible. At Hacec, we allow learners to achieve their dreams. Our learner support strategies are crafted around the Blastmater Technique, exclusive to Hacec. This unique strategy has been used to recover the hopes of derailed young people.

The complex is inspired by the art of Africa, Europe, Middle East and Far East. The Achievers Family desires to see the complex becoming a model... on utilisation of limited urban spaces in the face of increasing populations. Malaika Juru leaves for America today to study Business Analytics. She is a miracle, having survived a horror accident that took her mother and brother, leaving her in the intensive care unit for days. God healed her(together with her sister) taking her through a successful rehabilitation. She settled back at High Achievers Coach after qualifying for Advanced Level. Through Malaika we have seen the Great Healing hand of God. On the day of the accident, we gathered in the Bla...stmaster Library to pray and on the day she came to say goodbye we were gathered for a staff workshop in the same place. Thank you Mr. Juru, Ambuya, Racheal and Family for the support. Above all and most important we thank Jesus. We wish Malaika success beyond wild imaginations. The will to succeed is a critical determinant of success. Without a positive attitude about life success will remain a pipe dream. Never blame others for your failures. Do not blame your parents, your teachers, your friends or your environment. We must never allow the negative environment to dwell in our minds or hea...rts. I love the attitude of the Americans. As many people boarded planes and buses and left 'troubled' Zimbabwe, the Americans commenced building a massive Embassy Complex in 'real' Zimbabwe near Westgate Old Mutual Complex. What is it that this great nation sees in Zimbabwe. May the Lord open our eyes to see beyond time and reason!

High Achievers Coach Educational Centre has become a place of hope to all those frustrated by current educational systems in local and international schools. We offer a balanced curriculum, designed to ensure that every learner is facilitated to discover the jewel God invested in him/her.
No school has a right to classify a learner as a failure. At Hacec we do not believe in streaming learners and grading them according to our limited human capacities. As a man thinketh, so... is he. God has given humanity the ability to create just like Him. To be created in the image of God means to be like Him and create things from nothing.
Our school is founded on Faith in God. We are there to reveal the Glory of God in everything we do. Learners do not fail but they fall and rise. None of our products is a failure in life. To fail after passing through our coaching is known only to rebels, who are forced to join us and refuse to be groomed. We discover, cut and polish the jewel in every child.
We are determined to groom a new generation of critical thinkers to take this nation into the future. The Achievers Family, Staff and Management of High Achievers Coach Educational Centre congratulate all our Advanced Level students for producing good to excellent results during the October/November 2016. Well done! 95% of our candidates qualify for University Entry. We also congratulate those students who achieved 15 Points.
We salute Leslie Musaka and Ropafadzo Muzvongi for achieving A* in Business Studies 90% . Further salutations go to Hilda Manase for hitting an A* 90% in Sociology. Letticia Magombo is also recognised for her sterling performance in Divinity A* 90%. We are confident that one or two of those A*s are top in Zimbabwe or Top in the world!
