Customer care for handicap customers at booking office definitely requires review. Otherwise a very friendly and helpful airline.

Emirates Airlines are really in a league of their own. The service that I got on my recent trip to Dubai on Emirates was epic. The accommodation, which they arranged for me was awesome. I also want to appreciate the exceptional service I got for their cabin crew, especially, Louwette who was very kind and helpful when I wanted to purchase a souvenir Emirates watch.

This is a terrible location to book your ticket! The que is incredibly long and it took me over an hour and a half to get to the counter. They could not provide basic things like paper cups for water with the foreman saying there were no more. I would recommend booking online before you even think of coming to this location. Very dissatisfied with their service.
