Let me start by talking about the convenience of their location...they are just minutes away from Borrowdale road. So if you're driving there it's not a hustle finding your way and if you're using public transport there are many taxis along Borrowdale road. There are plenty of banners around the premises so chances of getting lost are slim. The store isn't that large but they have plenty of appliances like stoves, fridges, microwaves and other kitchen appliances. There is also plenty of parking and a large beautiful garden. The staff are friendly and customer service is excellent. Also it's a quiet and and uncrowded experience. I recommend going there if you want to buy something from Defy...
