Cleveland Pistol Club is the largest and oldest continuous shooting sports club in Zimbabwe. We offer a wide variety of differing types of shooting sports. From the classic Black Powder to pistols and rifles. Our monthly safety course is held on the first Saturday of each month (8.45 registration for 9 am. start. Please be punctual. The course last approximately 2 hours)

The Club includes a beautifully-maintained 17-range complex located in natural Msasa woodland just minutes from Harare’s northern suburbs. Bar, catering, and an Olympic-specification 10 meter indoor Air Gun range. Those interested in taking a closer look at Cleveland Pistol Club are encouraged to come out any Saturday, preferably after 11 am, and see what’s going on (N.B - visitors can only shoot from 2 pm. - 4 pm. under instruction.)

On arrival please report to our clubhouse on arrival and ask for assistance before entering any range. Visitors wishing to shoot can do so from 2pm on Saturday at our Colt Range. Visitor fee is $10 per shooter. Gun Hire and Ammo is also available. Please have your firearm certificate available for inspection by our range officers on request.

  Our Practical Pistol Teams travelled to Chateauroux, France to compete in the World Shoot XVIII in August this year. For the first time in many years there was a balanced representative squad of 4 Mashonas and 4 Matabeles, we also competed in two divisions with 5 Standard Guns and 3 Production Guns, and for the first time in decades 2 ladies made up the teams.   The memorial service for Charlie Haley will be held at CPC on Sunday 7 May at 3.00pm. A shoot off will be held after the service followed by a bring and braai. A plate of snacks would also be appreciated.

  It is with great sadness that we advise you all of the death of Charlie Haley. A stalwart of CPC, his shooting skills were legendary as was his knowledge of firearms and ballistics. A gentleman and a friend - he will be sorely missed.
