It's very nice hotel in the heart of town. Wouldn't think twice about putting up relatives there. But please open Emmanuel's again. You are losing out on good business.

Beautiful location & gardens. Rooms are a bit old and run down (you get an aerosol can of mosquito spray and quickly learn why). However, staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, which compensates for the aging site they are charged with keeping up.

My home from home when travelling to Zimbabwe. Only thing missing is a Spa. Beautiful warm welcoming hotel. Hotel has an interesting history set in well lived gardens with a shona sculpture collection that is worthy of a global art gallery showing. Emmanuel restaurant under head chef Steve Hinde deserves mention of high culinary praise. The Palms offers best prawns in town with friendly staff that never fail to make you feel welcome. Well priced for a high standard. Ideal for conference and events.

Hidden Gem in Harare. Set in gardens offering a peaceful setting for travellers on a business trip or family. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with wifi, dstv, swimming pools and gym at your fingertips. Stunning collection of sculptures in their gardens. Emmanuels Restaurant offers superb fine dinning. Best prawns I ve had at The Palms restaurant. Well priced accommodation in an overpriced country. Home from home. Good location.

Value for money (193USD per night) is just disproportionate ... though lovely staff
