Beautiful setting! Great staff.
The Zim situations means that some of the menu items not available
Nice hotel located in a quiet area in the Avenues in Harare. Had lunch and drinks with a friend recently and service was great.
Quiet, elegant and conveniently located to be within city centre reach. Great bed and breakfast, restaurant, cocktail bar and an ideal place for your meeting guests.
Beautiful place. felt relaxed. pricey though
A charming hotel built around beautiful gardens. One of the top hotels in Harare
It's very nice hotel in the heart of town. Wouldn't think twice about putting up relatives there. But please open Emmanuel's again. You are losing out on good business.
Nice views, quiet place. The waiters were good to us.. Also ideal for afternoon garden meetings!
Very pleasant place..garden Hotel..centric
Harare .. clean rooms.. restaurant good food service excellent.. parking area safe also wheelchair entrances..
This place is great.. Its cozy looks old and natural. How it blends with nature its unbelievable. Its a place you must be
Beautiful location & gardens. Rooms are a bit old and run down (you get an aerosol can of mosquito spray and quickly learn why). However, staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, which compensates for the aging site they are charged with keeping up.
Awesome and very quiet place to have a nice reserved and refreshing stay at. The breakfast was on point and the staff were very professional. Free unlimited wifi and spacious rooms. Will definitely be staying there everytime i visit.
Great food. Classy clean rooms with good wifi
Such a beautiful quiet place to meet friends for coffee/tea, sit in the cooling garden and chat.. Or have business meetings over a snack or meal.
A super place to stay as a family or lone traveller.
Very safe and secure . Walking distance to the Cricket grounds , Avenues and City Centre.
A well organised hotel set in an city limit oasis. Good restraunt and attentive staff. Reccomended for visitors who are seeking good accomodation that is reasonably priced and close to the CBD
My home from home when travelling to Zimbabwe. Only thing missing is a Spa. Beautiful warm welcoming hotel. Hotel has an interesting history set in well lived gardens with a shona sculpture collection that is worthy of a global art gallery showing. Emmanuel restaurant under head chef Steve Hinde deserves mention of high culinary praise. The Palms offers best prawns in town with friendly staff that never fail to make you feel welcome. Well priced for a high standard. Ideal for conference and events.
Great place, indeed. Sumptuous food and lovely service.
Hidden Gem in Harare. Set in gardens offering a peaceful setting for travellers on a business trip or family. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with wifi, dstv, swimming pools and gym at your fingertips. Stunning collection of sculptures in their gardens. Emmanuels Restaurant offers superb fine dinning. Best prawns I ve had at The Palms restaurant. Well priced accommodation in an overpriced country. Home from home. Good location.
Colonial style hotel in 'avenues' area of area. Walking distance to five avenue shops, Harare sports club, Roman Catholic cathedral. Place has good coffee and decent food. Popular with NGO crowd for conferences and accommodation.
Centralised services for business and pleasure. Home away from home accommodation.
Nice and clean garden hotel in Harare downtown. The hotel is like a paradise at middle of the capitol.
In the hotel you can take relax at two swimming pool, gym, bar and reataurants.
Good and friendly housekeeping include to the pirce :)
Nice place to relax. The gardens are tranquil
I liked the emmanuels restaurant. They have good customer service
Value for money (193USD per night) is just disproportionate ... though lovely staff
