Society Business Park

Built from the old shell of a burnt skyscraper, Society Business Park rises like a phoenix, a beacon to the future for the city center, towering above the chaotic city below. With an investment from NAPSA architects were able to create a piece of architecture that add to the uniqueness of Lusaka's skyline. Society House Development Company Limited, came into existence when the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) entered into a concession agreement with the Zambia National Building Society (ZNBS). The concession was mainly based on the Authority redeveloping Society House and former Central Arcades into retail, hotel, office space and structured parking. This was done to motivate other business houses to modernise their infrastructure in and around the central business district as well to encourage renovation of dilapidated structures and paint and beautify their buildings. Society Business Park is leading the way of innovation within the city center.
