This service centre is just too far from the CBD. It's a bit difficult for a new person to locate it ... and then my experience to this place is just bad ... they're no chairs for visitors to seat we all have to stand. Long ques is an everyday thing whether one comes at 05hrs or 8hrs you will spend the whole day.. last thing is that this ECZ service centre is just too congested especially for lusaka province they need to expand more branches in lusaka to reduce on long ques and they should also expand their working space 3 tellers ain't enough at least they must be 10 teller points to make work easier.

This’s a govts institution but some services offered here is not impressed at all. The institution should open more service centers. A lot of people go there get jam because of their system very slow… however if possible let them make it online but one should show a proof of payment to their service of the choice. Or let them collaborate with police and let ECZ send officials their to supervise their work.

Bring your waiting game on!! Because you will wait and wait until your legs are swallowed by your stomach. And yet there is no waiting area outside. The sun will shine on you and today the rain rained on me. I do appreciate that they eventually get the job done. And that senior citizens and mothers with babies do not have to wait. The guards/police are very helpful and cheerful so ask them before you wait in the wrong queue
