Having phoned this establishment and being told they would change the battery in my transponder key, I went in only to be greeted by a very tense and aggressive young man who excitedly cut me off every 2/3 words.
Unknown to me he had been told by the owner that he could not, after all, do the key as his insurance didn't cover doing the job. Ok, that's fine.

When I was finally permitted to speak I tried to ask his advice as to what options were open to me, only to be given a condescending and dismissive response.

I phoned them the next day to ask if I could buy the batteries to install myself and was given an equally aggressive answer by the same person.

This young man obviously feels he is very important to be so disrespectful to a woman old enough to be his mother.

I've lived in Kloof for 25 years and I can tell you that we in Kloof aren't used to such poor service and treatment from the businesses in our area.

Apart from the fact that I'll never try and do business with Kloof locksmith again, I'll also be sure to let others know of the poor customer handling.
