The complex needs to be painted and their security system needs to be improved. The security guards are inconsistent. The management needs to perhaps incorporate technology systems that will improve the safety of the community and it's property.

The estate is lively with friendly staff plus each cluster has its lawn, though rooms are slighter smaller but it's a modest place to live in..

There is no order.its disfunctional.Residents here do as they please. Its not peaceful. Always loud music playing from 10pm at night to 4 am in the morning
