Laura en haar span is letterlik die beste in Potchefstroom. Almal is altyd bang om na 'n nuwe skoonheids salon toe te gaan, ek weet Maar hier kan ek jou belowe jy maal nie 'n fout nie. Uitstekende diens vir ongelooflike pryse. Die terapeute toets alles voor hulle dit net sommer verkoop.

'N mens kan sien dat daar 'n nou band is tussen die terapeute en dat hulle lief is vir hulle werk, want dit straal by hulle uit. So baie dankie vir julle!!!

Ek sal julle vir enige iemand elke dag aanbeveel!

I honestly feel like I need to write a review on Derma Pro. I went there on Wednesday, 12 September 2016, and I was really impressed with their service, especially with Chanelle Januarie’s.

I went in for a brow- and lip wax as well as an eyelash- and brow tint. I recently moved to Potchefstroom and I’m in the situation where I have to find new beauticians. I am pretty fussy about who shapes my brows - I have this extreme underlying fear of walking out of the salon looking like a human moth! My mind was quickly put at ease as I stepped into the salon and my beautician had perfect eyebrows.

When I arrived for my appointment Chanelle received me with a friendly but professional attitude. She confirmed my appointment and didn’t bombard me with a whole lot of unnecessary questions, which I find a lot of Beauticians do probably because they want to avoid awkward silence or something.

I found the whole process to be relaxing and not a stressful and painful event like I did in the past. Chanelle took her time shaping and tinting my brows and she knew exactly what she was doing. Once again she didn’t make unnecessary conversation, which I honestly appreciated after a day’s work.

I had one request and she passed with flying colours. See, my one brow is naturally round-shaped whilst the other one is more angular. I asked all the beauticians in the past to make both as angular as possible, but without any success. As you can probably already tell, Chanelle fixed them and now my brows actually look pretty similar.

And lastly, the products they use are genuinely of good quality, I walked out the salon without a red just-been-waxed face, and another thing, their prices are reasonable, you don’t have to pay up that arm and leg you just got waxed!

I never quite understood why people would travel 100’s of kilometres to get whatever done at a specific beautician, but now I definitely get it. I’ll be back Derma Pro!
