I had emailed,telephonic contact,to ensure the cancellation had processed, the company representative of the quotation division had telephoned and had provided the assurance of the cancellation, Tried telephonically to address the matter with the manager whom was in a meeting all day, The 17th April 2023 the builder confirms no cancellation for the invoice056181, it canceled hence a portion of the order. Please address the matter.

Need to be patient when go, as they can get quite busy. What i liked, when they very busy more sales staff came to assist. Friendly staff.

Bought a 7,2m box gutter i was twice back to have it redone because of poor workmanship. Lance sales person not communicating well. See attached picture for latest workmanship.

Bought Roof Sheeting from Youngman through a roofing company who installed, withing a few months faults flaws and cracks were showing in the product, the company that sold the roofing to me came out and brought a rep from Youngman 25 Oct 2018 with to inspect to which they admitted its a product fault.. it is now well over a year later and Youngman have done nothing to rectify the problem nor even get back to their customer which is the company who sold the roofing too me Guess when your business is big, you don't have to worry about after sales and warranty
