I am an Xpresso Durbanville regular. Today was my first Xpresso Cape Gate experience, and it was not a pleasant one. The lady serving was really slow and uninterested in serving me. The way she handled making a sandwich was unenjoyable. I watched as she took dirty-looking buckets filled with tuna mayo mix. Which is all fine and well when it’s done out of my sight. But it really put me off eating it. Furthermore, she dropped her glove on the filthy floor, and had I not seen it happen, she would have used it.
I gave it a three star based purely on the fact that the barista lady was lovely and, as always, Xpresso coffee is always great! -
