Was helped with efficiently initially but presently no one bothers to respond even to my emails or tell me the progress on my application. 6-12 weeks initially mentioned has turned into 8 months.Feeling misled.

Can someone please refer me to a agent that will actually help. The current consultant has not responded to my emails ever since the meeting.
I only have 5 days remaining to appeal.
They are quick to ask you to pay but then no show when you have to go through the Visa application process.

I have dealt now for some time with these guys - specifically Leetasha Govinder - who has been a life saver. Always quick to respond. Always helpful. And a delight to do business with. I would recommend their services through what can be a difficult process. My specific circumstances were in applying for a visa to South Africa

They were slow to respond during the initial visa process, but when I decided to cancel my business with them, they became completely unresponsive. Per the agreement, I should be getting a 50% refund, but I’ve reached out 3 times and I’ve been given no response. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I’d recommend trying another company.

I was assisted by multiple people at this organization and all of them knew the process well. They were more than happy to help on queries, exceptions, follow ups etc.
I was seeking work permit from SA and their documentation was splendid (even VFS said its fool proof).
