Woolworths is generally good across board. In West street there are staff in the fast food section that begin to introduce the Souza or mini bus Taxi service mentality. That must be ratified.

I love Woolworths in West street Durban. The staff is amazing. They are always so polite. I wish they would teach the staff a Checkers shop rite Britania West street. Apart from the neatness and good quality and services the location is in the heart of the cbd. If you are a mall person or not comfortable with crowded places with no parking area then it may not be for you.
