  No staff available at helpdesk Saturday morning at 10am, no manager available, call customer care, log a complaint, wait for a further 20min, still no service. Need to come back during the week, hopefully to get some service. I'll contact customer care again Monday morning to report this matter again. Really disappointed!!!
