The staff tend to disappear when they sense you may be in need of assistance. The wait at the single pay point in the Food department is far to long. Does have a broader range available when compared to other locations.

The restaurant was superb. Great coffee, great food, and great service. It was very busy so understandably our drink were taking a while to come but our waitress had the forethought to come back and take our food orders. It doesn't sound like a big deal but its never a guarantee that every restaurant will do that.

Woolworths are always good stores. Quality clothing and healthy food offerings, but this store is on another level. Generous cafe seating area, loads of prepared foods to choose from with amazing local coffee. The views are pretty good too.

Woolworth's is one of the best department stores and food halls in South Africa. This large branch benefits from being in the V & A Waterfront. I like to buy clothing, kitchenware and foodstuff from this branch. It is also a good early morning stop for breakfast, good coffee and excellent juices. Best of all the Cafe is on the upper level with views over the marina at the Waterfront. It compares with Marks & Spencer in UK, only the products and clothing are better designed and modern.

Woolies Cafe had nice food and the store had some items we couldn't find at our local store. A bit busy on weekends but still a pleasant experience.

Today I was treated terrible by the Trenery Manager and the Country Road Manager. No customer services skills, all the cashier's standing around and adding a comment was not what I expected from The Waterfront Store. They pretended to be calling the manager of the store and left me standing for almost 30mins. I eventually decided to go to the customer services desk and on my way I spotted a guy in blueish suite. Once I approached him he confirmed the manager is not in today but the senior manager is on dutyyou can imagine my frustration. Waterfront Woolworths if this is how you treat me what about tourist??? Oops I'm probably to local but bought Witchery!!!
