Wide selection of food as well as coffee shop. Store neat and clean, staff friendly and helpful. A pleasant shopping experience. Ample parking, open as well as covered.

Very good variety of products. Gets very busy. Their microwave for warming up food is pathetically slow.

Expensive but by far the best produce and the most welcoming shop. You can always expect the best when shopping at Woolworths.

"organic" products offered at a high price. The express line is seldom open. They need to employ packers (self service ) because the line moves extremely slowly if a cashier has to pack everything and swipe cards etc

A friend of mine posted this on FB - I think that you need to be informed about what happened so that you can ensure that it does not happen again! I am forced to give one star to enable me to post this - I would prefer to have given no star at all.

"Today, 6th July, my friend and I went to the coffee shop at Woolworths, Cascades to enjoy a nice cup of coffee after completing our shopping and before heading home!
Well we were rudely refused entry because I am blind and have a gorgeous Guide dog who leads me and keeps me safe. My friend pointed out that legally we could enter and she was told, "yes I know but I don't want to offend my customers"!
Well let me tell you young man, that you not only offended and embarrassed me you downright insulted insulted me intimating my blindness and my dog were offensive!!

You do realize I hope that it is an offense by law to discriminate against a disabled person?!"

Popped into Woolies Cafe for afternoon snack - restaurant was busy but I must say with 2 floor managers on guard that the service levels and turnaround times are very much improved. Still went for the chicken burger and chips and nothing has changed - it's consistently perfect! My better half tucked into the harvest table and came back pleased with her variety of nibbles. Well done Woolies Cafe - keep the service levels up!

I have found that in my many visits to the Woolwoths Café the service is below par, the food although good, does not live up to the high standard set by the rest of Woolwoths Cafés. The availability of the most common items are rocky at best and along with the unavailability of any hot drinks does lead one to wonder howhat they are still in business.

First visit to the newly opened Woolies Food Cafe, the harvest table was lacking in selection. My iced coffee frappe was a half glass for R34 which is exorbitant! Crispy chicken burger I ordered was delicious and made up for it. Service great from Zanele!

The grocery section is excellent. The service in the coffee shop is slow and below what should be offered.
