Friendly accessible and well priced. Under new management and thank goodness it makes all the difference. Food is much better, fresher and properly Prepared- Parking and wifi. The deck is fresh and comfy- good service and well positioned. Well done - I’m in 🍾🍽

Went for lunch today to, hopefully, enjoy a meal off the Pensioner's Menu. The restaurant was only about one third full and after waiting 3/4 hour for my food, I eventually said that if I hadn't received it in next 10 minutes, I would leave. It arrived, just in time BUT, after all that time, the order was incorrect. I had ordered grilled fish with 1/2 chips and 1/2 veges. I received fried fish with chips and onion rings and when I queried it, the poor waitron (I felt very sorry for her) apologised and said she would have it corrected!! I said sorry, if they can't get it right after all that time, I wasn't prepared to take a chance and left. Sorry guys but I believe that is unacceptable!

Lovely little spot. Wonderfully friendly staff located in a small shopping centre. Variety of snacks on the menu, main dishes are delicious.

I had a very disappointing meal last night. The veggies were cold, no steak knives or condiments on the table. I asked very a peri peri mushrooms sauce, I got chillies added to a mushroom sauce, which was awful. Won't go back there.only great thing we're the onion rings

We didn't had our preferred choice of food, there after when I did received my second choice of meal, ingredients were missing. I was told that the Woodcutters at Kloof don't put the same ingredients as Woodcutters in Westville even though this is not explained on the menu and I only find it out once my food was in front of me
They took my food back and made an exception for me, I of course had to wait while everyone else on the table were eating.
Definitely better alternative places to dine when taking vibe, price and staff skills in consideration.response / report this review -

Friendly accessible and well priced. Good specials on food and drink options. Average cuisine but good to have a toot and watch sport with your mates if that's your thing. Parking and wifi. The deck is fresh and comfy- good service and well positioned.
