Extremely pleasant. Rooms, breakfast, evening dinner and staff are simply great. 15 minutes drive to Addo, safaris are conducted by very well educated and helpful guides.
    Clear recommendation.

Stayed here last November (?) have been travelling for about a year and this hotel the best of the bunch by a country mile. Stumbled upon it by accident after having a disappointing experience at Shamwari.
Upon arriving, and telling the hotel manager about our hot drive as the rental car aircon had broken, he promptly called the rental car company who came out from Port Elizabeth with a new car, which the hotel washed for us. Excellent service.
All personnel were great. Friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
We had great rooms, the second of which had it's own pool and garden. Very nice.
Food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner outstanding.
To sit in the morning having a coffee and watching the weaver birds - fantastic.
Ate dinner while listening to the piano player, a music teacher from the local school (supported by Woodall). He played his interpretation of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah. Brilliant.
Game drive was great though the elephants were uncooperative as it was cold.
Welcomed back by the dogs Shiraz, Merlot and another wine?
Will be back one day, hopefully soon.

Would like to Thank you for your hospitality, you guys made us feel like we were at home. Thank you for the lovely services you gave us. We had an amazing time
    The food was delicious
The Rooms clean and big enough for both of us (My Boyfriend and I)
We loved the two showers in and outside even though we couldn't use the one outside due to the bad weather.
Would like to suggest that you guys put TVs inside the rooms though.
Once again we thank you so much.

The place is awesome and the are carrying staff. However, there is some hidden cost that I was surprised with it (Spa & mini bar)
According to my knowledge they should be free for the guests.
Everything else is more than perfect.
