Nice stop and great experience. However to improve I would suggest turning the pie warmer down several notches, as our pies although tasty, were by far the hottest pies in existence. What was supposed to be a 15 minute stop turned into a 45 minute one because we needed to wait for our pies to cool down.

One of the best planned refuel stations in RSA Beating ultra city and 1 stop stations 6/0
This is the first place I have seen that has specific parking for cars pulling trailers and caravans. They brag about the cleanest toilets. I agree with them

Very convenient, clean toilets. Accommodates every kind of traveller animals, babies, children, young and old. Huge variety of snacks & foodstuff. Good quality, good service friendly & very Clean. Well done keep it up. And free coffee! !!!

Great place to stop with fantastic views and exceptionally clean toilets.
The stop has now been recently revamped with options for a grab and go shop (5-10min) and seated restaurant that offers take aways (20-30min).
Also over a play area for kids, area to keep your dog's safe to stretch their legs and a park run route.

Perfect stop to refuel on your way to Durban. You are welcomed by the quaint and peaceful atmosphere of the Midlands. The organic breakfasts are delicious and the view is something to savour. The service could be slightly better but, overall it is not a bad stop.

Lovely place to stop. Their food places are quite nice and refreshing. No halal but their gelato is so yum. Big place. Nice for kids. Clean bathrooms.

A great surprise. A pity the restaurant was not open when we stopped off. The shop has a bakery. We enjoyed the bread. They also had lovely pies. Really meaty. Everything was clean and recently renovated. Linked to a nice BP garage. We took a short break while my son played on the jungle gym.

Great choice of different food types, drinks and ice creams. Separate counters for different food themes. Free WIFI. Relaxed atmosphere. Large tables in the central area. Definitely worth a stop if you're driving past.
