LOVE it.
Amazing animals amazing vibe.
Lack of selection on the foods. No card machines but you CAN Zapper. Has a wonderful property and you are free to explore and spend time with nature and animals.
The staff are friendly and full of life. The owners are present and passionate about the farm and the animals on it.
I will be back again. My little boy adores the place.
The animals are well looked after. Great experience for kids to see and feed the animals.
Lovely place for the kids to explore. Only bummer is they have no card machine so take cash if you don't have zapper!
A small farm with farm animals and some lizards. Can't say entrance fee is cheap. Very nice view but no proper cafe
Great place for the whole family to feed various farm animals. Entry fee is R35 per person and is on a cash only basis as there is no card facility.
Some animals to look at and feed. A few play areas for kids, but mostly just nice to sit on the grass and picnic.
Nice child friendly stop to interact with animalshe loved every minute of it
As a family we found the farm small and not many activities to do.on excursion to willow creek they had us organised in to different groups we took 170 learners.they had 1 group feed animals while 1 group sat and listened to a talk..and 1 group went on pony ridesvery well organized
A tranquil place to bring your children for a wonderful experience with many different types of animals
Nice place friendly staff carry your own chairs if u wanna picnic no halaal food roads are not 2 bad
Had fun at a kids birthday party. The guys really know how to make sure all the kids have fun and enjoy interacting with the animals.. just dont go there in a low car
Little one loved it. but just remember to take cash with or use your Zapper.
Perfect for kids. Lovely people.
Great place and food
What a nice friendly place
Activities and animals are very few. Give it perhaps a year and maybe there would plenty more to see and keep the kids entertainment .
Although 'Willow Creek Animal Farm' was previously known as Duck & Deck, it is like chalk & cheese
Ora, the new owner, took over the site & some VERY miserable animals, on the 1st of October and has poured love, sweat & guts into rehabilitating the animals & their habitats.
In a very short period of time, the animals are once again happy & have returned to their once friendly demeanor, their living environments have been emptied & scrubbed, pruned & weeded, built up for shelter from the weather, fixed & secured the list of achievements to date goes on & on. Ora, is working very closely with the SPCA as well as the local vets to ensure the welfare of the animals is the best that it can be.
She has also revamped the restaurant and the shop exciting new menus & additions to the shop like succulents and leatherware (which really does support the Rhino Foundation) on their way to join this awesome establishment.
Another passion she has is supporting local music so on alternate Saturday afternoons Moms, Dads & Grandparents can bring along the little ones and the the picnic blankets & enjoy a relaxing afternoon, sitting on the hillside listening to the soft melodies of up & coming local artists.
Folks it is ONLY with the support of the public that this can continue as a viable working farm, so do come along and meet Ora and the animals of 'Willow Creek Animal Farm'
