Excellent for water sports. Very enjoyable. They have to attend to the grass cutting before Easter and improve ablutions on North Side.

This is an excellent camp, part of SANPARKS. Nestled between two hills, a river offers fishing and canoeing opportunities. The park is situated next to the sea. They provide accomodation such as huts, challets and a camping area for caravans & tents. Campsite is always green and clean.

One the most scenic and iconic hikes i had..ending at the coolest most rewarding swims.in the natural pool at the foot of the waterfall after your 1hr hike there. Sanparks should consider putting a toilet somewhere in the middle of the walk and marking time distances to the falls..i met a number of people on my way back asking for approximate time the the falls.

Great place to camp and relax. Stayed at Ebb & Flow north camp. Beautiful setting, well managed. The trails in the area are well kept and very scenic.

Camped two nights. Clean and beautiful area. Lovely walks and the option to canoe up the river. Lots of bird life.

They charge foreigners 3.25 times as much as locals. Greedy but stupid because more than 3.25 times as many foreigners turn away with disgust. Definitely not worth 130 Rand. 40 maybe.

An awesome park. I really enjoyed our stay there. Friendly helpfull staff. Good 24 hour security. Well kept clean facilities with a laundry and scullary are available. There are chalets available but if you really want to experience nature, you need to camp. Lovely walks with canoe rentals are available, or you can just relax next to the river. With only a minutes drive from the ocean it is very convenient. Shops and restaurants are also close by. I love this place and would recommend it to everyone!

We did the Pied Kingfisher trail 12km for which you pay 37 rand per person, but most of the time we spent walking next to a public road or on the public beach Not a nice walk to be honest and the other Kingfisher Trails were much nicer and worth the admission fee. Nice environment but again, paid admission for a public road.. I could be wrong but in that case the markings were not correct along the path

We walked the trail to the waterfall. 8km return.. Pritty much worth it. But must be best in summer and after rain falls

The hike up to the waterfall was only slightly challenging, but the plants and views were great. Lots of small beautiful things to be seen with some later creatures lurking, waiting for dusk. Bring a snack and water!

Quite a lot you can do there, I like the option of renting a canoe - and going to a trip down the river between lush and green valleys of Wilderniss. (R60/h). Imagine it being near impossible to find a spot there during the season.

A beautiful place to relax and for a stroll. You dont have to be fit to walk this beautiful route. There is enough places to sit down and relax. Take your own water with. No water on the route.

This is a wilderness Park with a difference, not only is the name of the national park called Wilderness National Park but it is literally in the wilderness. They are so a many activities, the activity we opted for on the day was the hike, we then combined two loops together and were able to hike for just under 10 kilometres.

The park is clean, well kept and has very friendly staff. Entrance varies depending on your nationality. Currently R34 for a South African adult (R18 for kids).

Roads are in good condition and well sign posted. You can easily go here with a sedan.
