For camping and fishing it's a very nice experience, do be careful on certain surrounding roads though because of very bad potholes. I made it just fine and slowly because of my car

Very beautiful place. Clean and so relaxing. Just a little uncomfortable to fish so steap next to the river bank, but had a good experience with the family.

Expensive, not up to standardNOT A 4 STAR..NO NO. At one cabin the outside tap and electricity box is next to each other not even 30cm appart.and the water of the tap spray over the box.very risky.life threatning accourding to me. The owners very friendly but the maintenance manager very rude. And some of our fishing stuff where taken out of our fishing boxes

Challenging fishing spot. Serine and beautiful view. Fantastic caring hosts. Regulars are also very helpful in assisting with bait ideas. We had a blast. Thank you Wesvaal Holiday Resort.

Best Fishing. Lots of entertainment for whole Family. Lovely pool and pet friendly.
Quads and kiddies rides on Ponies, train and bikes. Pool slides and Jumping castle.

Nice place to escape.. But the grounds need some work as of rain lots of puddles.. Lots of shade tree areas to pick .. People amoung and around are friendly and heartlyshop lacked certain basic needs but its a fishing and camping ground so you have to make sure you have your stuff.. Taps are near .. Hot water only by bathrooms so if you need to wash make sure you make 1 trip up as its a bit of a walking distance to get to Overall will come back here cause of the peace and shade..

We have so much fun every year visiting Westvaal. Pools are always clean throughout our stay and the owners are hearty people which we came to love dearly.
