The place is a mess. It only gets one star because of the fancy building but customer care is poor. There's no cold drinking water for customers. Their service is slow and they don't report on any progress of work being done on your vehicle.

The reception was friendly on Tuesday, but I would have to wait two days for my vehicle's radiator to be delivered and replaced.
I explicitly asked whether my vehicle would be ready by Friday 09:00, for I had a most important meeting in Vereeniging, 350km away, that I could not afford to miss.
When I arrived there on Friday by 08:24, I was simply told that the radiator would only be there in an hour to 90 minutes.
I have had to rent a vehicle due to my car breaking and I especially went through to collect my vehicle.
If only someone had picked up the phone and warned me the day before, I wouldn't have gone through all of that trouble.
They never offered me any solution, but had me wait there until 12:03 before I could leave
Westvaal Mahikeng will never see me again. I would much rather have my vehicle towed to Potchefstroom, 210km away.
I cannot comprehend that any business could make a living with such total lack of customer care and common sense.response / report this review -

They are slow and don't have good communications skills. Only one service consultant assist over 12 customers.

Had a terrible experience with their service department! Am not going to take a chance send my vehicle to them again, and would advise others to look for alternatives as well.

Bad service ever , if you car is out from the service maintenance book and the warranty has lapsed you are in for a big trouble, you take you car in two days it will give you the same problem . my car is giving me orange warning lights and i called both mafikeng and klersdorp mafikeng told me to bring in my car the following morning and klerksdorp said that they only have space for Wednesday honestly i don't have the problem of waiting for that space thats how disgusted i am with wastvaal mafikeng . talk about those rude ladies in service department .. i always travel to Klerksdorp for my car service . ke shrp ka bone
