The worse call centre in the world, they deal with problems for British Gas..yes I know BRITISH GAS, we have millions unemployed in the UK and they outsource here, they cannot understand anything and dont have a clue, I have been hung up on lots and given flase information offered the odd £20 to be quiet and this is the best they can do, I would not bother trying, I would just wait until you get through to someone in the UK
